The County High School, Leftwich celebrates its 7th consecutive increase in examination success.
The County High School, Leftwich celebrates its 7th consecutive increase in examination success with 79% of its young people achieving 5 or more GCSEs at grades C or above, which include the essential qualifications of English and Mathematics.
Headteacher, Julie Brandreth, said : "I am extremely proud of the excellent teamwork such results evidence. Once again, they confirm the strength of our core curriculum, with both English and Mathematics achieving over 80% at grades C or above, with Mathematics a superb 88% in a fully inclusive environment."
Chair of Governors, Alison Massey, added : "These results mark an exciting time in the School's development as a Converter Academy from September 1st. I am truly delighted the hard work of students, staff and parents has been so justly rewarded."
