The aim of Media is to give students an opportunity to develop essential employability skills such as team work, communication, and ICT. Students at KS3 will be completing a qualification called Digital Creator, this gives students the chance to ascertain a Level 2 ICT users certificate from the British Computer Society. This is assessed online and students will be able to look at grades and feedback by logging in at home or in school. The assessments give students the opportunities to work with the Adobe Creative Suite making films and animations as well as accessing a range of equipment for hands on learning. Should your chose to continue this study into KS4 you will be able to chose from a range of different learning opportunities as well as building essential research and communication skills.
